Look for your answer on the Shippit help centre

Before you reach out, try searching for your answer on the Shippit help centre. It's designed to provide quick and comprehensive answers to common questions about tracking, delivery, and more. If you can't find the right article, try searching at the top of the page.


Get in touch with the Shippit Support team

If you can't find an answer to your question in the help centre, the best way to get in touch with is to open the tracking page for your parcel, and click Get shipping help.

  1. Open the tracking page by clicking Track delivery in your tracking notification email or text message.

  2. On the tracking page, click Get shipping help to open a support request with our team.


Contact the merchant you purchased the goods from

If you don't have the Get shipping help button on your tracking page, or if your query is related to the product, payment, or order details, you should contact the merchant directly. The merchant is best equipped to assist with enquiries about your purchase, including order modifications, product issues, or alternative support options.

You can usually find the merchant's contact details on their website, in your order confirmation email, or on the packing slip included with your delivery.
