Redirecting your parcel
If the merchant has not yet packed your order, you can contact the merchant directly and ask them to update your delivery address in their system.
If the carrier has not yet picked up your order from the merchant, you can contact the merchant directly and ask them to update your delivery address in their system.
If the carrier has picked up your order, you can't change the delivery address.
If the carrier has attempted to deliver your order, and they were not able to, you can contact the carrier directly and arrange to have the parcel redelivered to the correct address, or taken to a collection point for you to pick up.
If the carrier has left your order at an address that you no longer have access to, we can arrange to have the order picked up and returned to the sender, so that they can get it shipped out to your correct address. Get in touch with us if you need to arrange this.
